Not sure how to dose your tea? Start here.
If you're not using a scale to measure your tea, this is a great start. This BPA-free clear plastic scoop measures 1 tablespoon of tea. Remember, tablespoons measure by volume and not by weight. This will get you close to our recommended 3.5 grams of tea per cup for standard black teas.
We believe a scoop is a great place to start, but if you want the best most consistent flavor, you need to weigh your tea. Learn more on our our blog post 'How much tea is enough?'
Everything ships from within the US, so your order doesn't have far to travel.
- Processing + shipping: most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout — free on orders over $50.
- Tracking: we'll email it the moment your order ships.
- Mixed orders: since our pieces come from a few cozy corners, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels — no extra charge to you.

- Apparel and home pieces should be unused, in original condition, with any tags or packaging.
- For health and safety, consumable and personal items — teas, candles, and swimwear — are final sale.

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 48 hours, and we'll make it right — no fuss.
Each product lists its own specifics in the Details tab above. A few cozy rules of thumb by category:
- Apparel: wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry, and steam rather than iron.
- Home pieces: spot-clean or wipe down unless the label says otherwise; keep away from prolonged direct sun.
- Candles: trim the wick to ~¼" before each burn, keep the first burn going until the top melts evenly, and never leave a flame unattended.
- Teas: store in a cool, dry spot away from light to keep them fresh and fragrant.
Treated kindly, these little comforts last well beyond their first season.
