The market offers a multitude of pleasures: rich coffee amidst the scents of gloriously strong tea, spices, and baked breads. Dirty chai was a happy accident in a London cafe. A barista accidentally added espresso to a spiced chai latte. The result was pure magic.
Dirty Chai is a sensory experience like no other. The first sip has thick caramel flavor that mingles with earthy mate and barley. Next, you taste chocolatey coffee and a hint of ginger in the finish. Cardamom and cinnamon brighten this exquisite calico of aromas and flavors.

- Apparel: wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry, and steam rather than iron.
- Home pieces: spot-clean or wipe down unless the label says otherwise; keep away from prolonged direct sun.
- Candles: trim the wick to ~¼" before each burn, keep the first burn going until the top melts evenly, and never leave a flame unattended.
- Teas: store in a cool, dry spot away from light to keep them fresh and fragrant.
