Everything ships from within the US, so your order doesn't have far to travel.

• Mixed orders: since our pieces come from a few cozy corners, items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels — no extra charge to you.

• Apparel and home pieces should be unused, in original condition, with any tags or packaging.
• For health and safety, consumable and personal items — teas, candles, and swimwear — are final sale.

If anything arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 48 hours, and we'll make it right — no fuss.

• Apparel: wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry, and steam rather than iron.
• Home pieces: spot-clean or wipe down unless the label says otherwise; keep away from prolonged direct sun.
• Candles: trim the wick to ~¼" before each burn, keep the first burn going until the top melts evenly, and never leave a flame unattended.
• Teas: store in a cool, dry spot away from light to keep them fresh and fragrant.

Treated kindly, these little comforts last well beyond their first season.
